Dear Park Manager,
I am writing to you about my recent visit to Greenfield Park with my family last Saturday. We really enjoyed spending the afternoon there, and I wanted to share some feedback with you about our experience.
There were several things that we thought were very good. The open grass areas were clean and well maintained, and my children had a wonderful time running around and playing. The benches and picnic tables were also in good condition, which made it very comfortable for us to sit and have lunch together.
However, I would like to bring a few issues to your attention as well. The main problem we noticed was that the public toilets near the east entrance were not clean and one of them was out of order. This was quite inconvenient, especially as we had young children with us. I would be grateful if you could ensure that these facilities are cleaned and repaired more regularly.
We also noticed that some of the playground equipment appeared to be quite old and possibly unsafe for younger children. One of the swings had a broken chain, and I think it would be a good idea to inspect the playground and replace any equipment that is damaged.
Overall, it is a lovely park and we will definitely come back again. I hope my comments are helpful, and I look forward to seeing improvements on our next visit.
Thank you very much for your time and attention to this matter.
Yours sincerely, M. Johnson
