It was a widely held view that the ultimate objective of a prosperous individual is defined via the capacity to possess a residence. Acquiring an independent dwelling could likewise showcase a person's monetary power, yet overall stays as the caveat of the reliability indicator, particularly when financial institutions asking a guarantee as a trade for extending extra liquidity. When others come to ask for financing facilities without any property owned, the bank supposedly will put more trust in people with real asset securities.

Arriving at this framework, we can observe that having a entitlement to our personal home could grant us leverage on our financial capability. We might need to expend lots of cash at first, but this would be a gateway opener for our future needs. For example, when we need more liquidity to expand our enterprise, we can secure a loan from the lenders with lower interest rates because they are shielded by an asset, which is our home.

All in all, I put my two cents to fill my savings reservoir and get my house rather than committing to the landlord for my entire life. Thus, I can get trusted by the capital proprietors to be qualified for extra cash whenever the productive necessities arrive while staying peacefully in my place. That said, I can double my productivity, either by broadening my abilities through an education loan or getting paid for my hobbies. With this consideration, the lenders are reassured with my property, and keep my family comfortable at the same time.

Assessment summary

The essay addresses both parts of the prompt with a clear position, though the development is somewhat informal and repetitive. Coherence is maintained via paragraphing and logical links, but register slips, awkward collocations, and grammatical errors (such as subject-verb agreement, preposition choices, and tense control) limit lexical and grammatical bands to 5.5.

Scoring criteria

Strengths

  • Attempts are made to incorporate topic-related vocabulary such as 'financial institutions', 'liquidity', and 'capital proprietors'.

Weaknesses

  • Collocations are frequently awkward or non-standard (e.g., 'gateway opener', 'savings reservoir', 'productive necessities').
  • Phrasing includes informal idioms and colloquialisms ('put my two cents').

Justification

While a range of vocabulary is attempted, persistent lapses in word choice, unnatural collocations, and informal register restrict the score to 5.5.
